With 18 years in the recruiting industry, my proudest moments occurred after mastering complex challenges and devising transformative processes opening pathways to big outcomes. Witnessing systemic failures, and dissatisfaction with persistent friction along the recruiting supply chain, I was energized to disrupt the status quo with a better process. I am forever on a mission to create a better experience for candidates and employers alike. I started RecruitCloud to bring this vision to fruition using proprietary and commercial sourcing tools, transparency in the form of data, predictable pricing lead by a team of recruiters. Our RaaS ( recruiting as a service) is the future of talent acquisition.

Isaac received his undergraduate and advanced degrees from Baruch College and his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business (City University of New York).

Being a recruiter for more than 5 years I have a great number of closed positions from Junior to C-level, including technical and non-technical roles both for large product and service-based companies as well as startups across CIS, Europe, Canada, and US.

As a part of the recruitment agency, I received varied experience, working with different domains. FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, GameDev, Blockchain, LLVM, Embedded - this is far from the full list of areas I’ve been recruiting for.

My aim isn’t only to attract the right person to the company, but also to make sure that the current opportunity meets the candidate's expectations well, and there is a really good match for a long and successful collaboration.
