? Isn't building harder than just buying a SaaS tool?
Most teams buy a tool and stall on the hard part — workflow design, data quality, recruiter adoption, governance. That's where the ROI dies. We do that part with you and hand over a working system. You get the outcome of building without the multi-quarter R&D.
? How is this different from an agency or RPO?

? We already have an ATS and some tools. Does this replace them?
